We work in partnership with major UK and international insurers to provide prompt repair completion times. Digital imaging and electronic estimating over the Internet allow us to speed up a process, which has traditionally been slowed by the need to have an insurance engineer view the damaged vehicle. Using the Internet where possible eliminates the need for an engineer visit and so speeds up the process.Repairs are carried out using Insurance Approved Parts, Paint by Dupont that we colour match to your car on site and high quality materials by global technology companies such as ‘3M’.

NON–FAULT CLAIMS If you have had an accident which is not your fault and there is a clearly identifiable 3rd party who is responsible, then please contact us, we may have a scheme to help you that should not affect your future insurance premium. 

COSMETIC REPAIRS Many minor repairs such as buffing and polishing of scratches and removal of small dents can now be carried out using skills and technology that were previously unavailable. The cost is much reduced when compared to traditional methods of repair. For advice on whether these types of repair are suitable we shall need to see the car. 

GLASS REPLACEMENT The adhesives used on modern ‘bonded in’ windscreens need to cure for 4 hours before the car can be used. To keep your inconvenience down to a minimum our insurance approved glass replacement scheme allows you to have your windscreen replaced whilst your car is in for other repairs. Your insurance company is billed direct you don’t even need to contact them. 

AIR CONDITIONINGThe refrigerant gas used in your vehicles air conditioning system will need replenishing every 2-3 years to maintain optimum performance. Should it have stopped working then it is possibly due to a lack of refrigerant, in either case we are skilled in repairing or replenishing the system and are pleased to help and advise you. Specialist leak detection equipment is available to diagnose system faults and this is used by trained staff as required.
